Hayley got her septum piercing done at the Milwaukee, WI date of the
2008 Warped Tour (June 30, 2008). Guitarist Taylor York got his nose
pierced at the same time, you can watch a video
of them getting their piercings on paramore.net. She kept the piercing
in through the Final Riot tour that summer and the South American tour
that fall, but then she stopped wearing it.
She got her ear lobes pierced in July 2009 while on tour with No
Doubt. For the remainder of that tour she wore curved barbells that
look like normal silver beads from the front, but hang in the back
(photos 1 and 9). Since then she has worn a variety of stud earrings,
pictured below.
